By accessing or using SpaceForge Atelier, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Purchases and access

When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to view the content. Sharing or reselling access is prohibited.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund if you have not completed more than 20% of the course. Certificate bundles are eligible if less than one included course is started within 14 days.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive conduct.
• No reverse engineering or scraping of our services.
• Respect fellow learners; no harassment or spam.

6. Intellectual property

All content is owned by SpaceForge Atelier or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without permission.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are for educational purposes. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes such as employment or income.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
